What happens when I reach my property listing limit?

When you reach your plan's property listing limit, you can either upgrade to a higher tier plan or remove existing listings to make room for new ones. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit.

How does the Ren2Credit feature work?

Ren2Credit reports tenant rent payments to credit reference agencies, helping tenants build their credit history through on-time rent payments. Landlords must verify tenant identification before this feature activates, and tenants must explicitly opt-in.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. We believe in complete transparency. All our fees are clearly displayed on this page. You'll only pay your subscription fee and any commissions on completed transactions or additional services you choose to use.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new plan takes effect immediately. When downgrading, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as direct bank transfers for subscription payments. For rental and sale commissions, payments are processed through our secure payment system.
